Just knowing that there are so many kids out there that need help makes me want to go into the teaching profession. They really need someone that has a lot of patience, and I have learned through experience that that someone is not me. It has made me realize that I cannot deal with children especially not the special needs children. They are the cutest kids I have ever seen but I really just cannot handle it. I loved it before my car accident, but I think that now the main reason why I don't want to go into the teaching profession is because of the major headaches I am still having and going over to Oakwood only makes it worse. I have no idea what I want to major in, but teaching is still in the back of my mind.

How have you been able to contribute to the student's understanding of topics within the classroom, and do they respomd well to younger adults?
I am not in the classroom when the teachers have learning time, as they call it. Therefore, the most learning I have seen the students participate in is when they are too loud with their toys Mrs. Goots makes them clean up so she can read to them. I personally think that they do respond well to me when I tell them to put the toys up or whatever it might be. I think that since I have the younger ones they think I'm as old as the teachers because I am as tall as the teachers.
What have you learned about differentiation in your classroom?
